Orders leave the atelier within 1–2 working days. Delivery in Austria takes 1–3 working days, the EU 3–7 working days, and the rest of the world 7–14 working days.
Shipping within Austria costs €4.90. Shipping to the EU costs €8.90. Worldwide shipping costs €14.90. Orders over €80 ship free within the EU.
Every piece ships in a padded gift box, protected by recycled paper. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
You can return any piece within 30 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn and in its original box. Tell us by email at hello@serith-jewels.com and we will send you a return label.
Custom-made and engraved pieces can only be returned if they have a defect.
We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund goes to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded for complete returns within the EU.
