These terms apply to all orders placed through this online shop. The shop is operated by Serith, 12 Rosewood Lane, 1010 Vienna, Austria.
Placing an item in the basket does not create a contract. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after successful payment.
If a piece sells out or contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Payment is made by credit card or gift card at checkout. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.
Goods remain our property until the purchase price is paid in full. Delivery terms follow the Shipping & Returns page.
Our liability is limited to foreseeable damage caused by simple negligence, except for personal injuries. Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
