The terms that apply when you use this shop and place an order.

These terms apply to every order and every account on this shop. The shop is operated from within Spain by the operator identified in the Legal Notice.
We sell handmade and curated jewellery. The description, materials, price and stock shown on each product page are the basis of the contract. If a detail you care about is unclear, ask us before ordering.
Prices are shown in euro. The price you pay is the one shown at the moment you complete your order, plus the delivery cost shown at checkout.
Add the pieces you want to your basket and complete checkout with your delivery and billing details. You see a full summary and the total price before you place your order.
We do not currently offer promotional or discount codes. Any code you have was not issued by us; if you think you received a promotional offer from us, contact us.
If a piece sells out or we cannot supply it, we may cancel the order and refund anything you already paid in full.
You may cancel an order request at any time before it becomes binding. After an order is binding, cancellation follows the withdrawal and returns rules on the Returns & Exchanges page.
As a consumer buying at a distance you have the withdrawal and return rights described on the Returns & Exchanges page, including the 14-day withdrawal period. Refunds are made as set out there.
New pieces are covered by the statutory guarantee under Spanish law. If a piece is defective, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it and cover the return costs.
Goods remain our property until the full price (including any agreed payment) has been paid.

Accounts let you manage your orders, addresses, wishlist and loyalty points. You must keep your sign-in details secure. We may block an account that is misused or that breaches these terms.
The product photos, texts and content on this site belong to the business or are used with permission and may not be reused without consent.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. We will try to resolve any issue amicably first. Consumers can use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) and the consumer dispute bodies available in Spain. Nothing here limits the mandatory protection you have under EU consumer law.
Online card payment is currently disabled. When you place an order you receive an order request rather than a binding sale, and no card is charged.
We contact you to arrange and confirm payment, for example by bank transfer to the account shown on the Shipping & Delivery page. The order becomes binding only once you and we have confirmed the payment, and it is only then placed into production. Any gift-card balance or loyalty points you intended to use for that order is reserved for it.
Gift cards are not currently offered in this shop.
