When you create an account we store your name, email address and a hashed password. When you order we store the ordered items, delivery details and the payment status. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Server logs keep IP addresses and request times for security purposes.
We use your data to create and secure your account, process orders and payments, send transactional emails such as order confirmations and password resets, and answer your messages.
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Order records are kept for 7 years because tax law requires it. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time in your account settings, or by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
