When you register we store your name, email address and a password. The password is stored only as a salted, hashed value and is never readable or stored in clear text.
You can edit your profile, your delivery and billing addresses, and your email-newsletter choice in your account settings.
Each order stores the items ordered, the price, the delivery and billing details, the payment status, and how the order was paid.
Order records are kept to meet legal and tax requirements. We keep them as required by law.
Transactional emails (order updates, order requests, password resets, account verification) are sent to the address on your account. Any message you send us through the contact page is answered by us; those conversations are handled over email.
You can opt in to our email newsletter from your account settings. If you subscribe, we use your email to send occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time, including through a link in each message.
When you pay by card while online payment is enabled, the card details are sent to our payment processing step and are not stored. We never save your full card number or security code on our servers.
When online payment is disabled, no card details are collected at all. Orders are paid by you arranging payment, for example by bank transfer.
Server logs keep IP addresses and request times for security and troubleshooting. Anonymous records of product views are kept to understand which pieces interest customers.
These are kept only as long as needed and are not sold or shared for advertising.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your language choice, and browser local storage to remember your basket, your sign-in session and a session identifier for anonymous product views. This shop runs on server infrastructure and may use optional services to store its data and send email.
When enabled, hosted storage and email sending use a provider; while these are not enabled, this shop keeps its data in its own server storage and writes outgoing email locally.
If your data is transferred outside the EEA through the services above, we rely on the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. Data you store is processed on the servers we use to run this shop.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Order records are kept as required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and then deleted.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
You can correct or update most data yourself in your account settings. For anything else, contact us through the contact page and we will act on your request within the legal deadline.
